RackView-Euro offers the most space effective and efficient way to control server rooms and multiple computers. RackView-Euro is a 1U rack mountable KVM console drawer with an optional back-mounted KVM switch.

This easy-glide KVM console drawer contains a 1024 x 768 15? or 1280 x 1024 17? high resolution LCD monitor, a tactile keyboard, and a high resolution touch screen mouse.

RackView-Euro can be placed at any height within a 19? rack offering maximum operator comfort and minimum space loss. The unit is concealed behind its front panel when it is not in use. RackView-Euro can be combined with single or multiple user KVM switches any switch from the Rose product range.

Rose offers a wide range of KVM switches, to control from 2 to 1,000 servers. Rose matrix KVM switch options are bus expandable, which means that RackView-Euro can be a part of a distributed matrix control system. Rose matrix KVM switches also offer multiple password-control for enhanced security access.

PC, Unix, Sun and Apple computers can easily be accessed, monitored and controlled locally using RackView-Euro in the computer room and/or accessed from multiple remote KVM workstations when combined with Rose KVM matrix switch and KVM extenders.

Keyboard & Touchscreen Pad

The PS/2 compatible keyboard is available in international language variations. The touch screen is also PS/2 compatible with two mouse-click buttons.

LCD Panel Monitor

The high resolution, static free LCD colour monitor is VGA, SVGA, and XGA compatible and is powered internally for safety and neatness. The OSD provides access to contrast/brightness, auto setting, clock/phase, horizontal / vertical, and other selections. The 15? (17?) diagonal LCD panel provides up to 307mm x 230 mm (333mm x 249mm) display area, supports resolution up to 1024 x 768 (1280 x 1024) RGB at 60, 70, or 75 Hz, and has a response time of 60 ms typical.

Mounting Bracket Variations

These parts are available to permit the fitting of Rack View into various depths of 19? Rack.

Part numbering system: R denotes rear bracket, first three digits denote length of part. Second three digits denote minimum depth of rack mounting (distance between front and real rack rails) facilitated by this bracket. Third three digits denote maximum depth of rack mounting (distance between front and real rack rails) facilitated by this bracket.
